Fresh, clarified lime juice, house lime essence, cane sugar, balanced with our lime acid blend, and infused with blanco tequila and blood orange liqueur.
Vodka & house ginger beer, infused with lime acid-adjusted, fresh ginger base, and a touch of our lemon, lime, and grapefruit essence.
Red wine, cognac, and orange liqueur infused with our citrus blend, Luxardo cherry, vanilla spice, and house sangria extract.

Coaled Roots Brewing
Mexican-style lager with a light, clean body. Subtle grain sweetness with a hint of citrus. Pale golden-blonde color and a crisp, refreshing finish.|| 5.4% ABV
West Coast-style IPA with a dry, hop-forward profile. Bright citrus aromas, firm bitterness, and a clean, smooth finish without lingering heaviness. 96 IBUs. ||5.2% ABV
Traditional Hefeweizen with classic yeast-driven aromas of citrus and light spice. Soft notes of lemon and orange, balanced with a smooth, lightly hopped finish. ||4.5% ABV
Czech-style Pilsner with a bright golden color. Clean malt character, gentle floral and herbal hop notes, and a balanced bitterness, leading to a refreshing finish. ||5.5% ABV
