Tri Smoked Lychee Marg

Our lychee base blended with Cantera Negra Blanco, homemade lime essence, Blood Orange liqueur, a touch of Smoky Mezcal, topped with our Coconut Champagne foam. Garnished with smoked sea salt and coconut smoke, over diamond pure clear ice sphere.

Kumquat Mandarin Crush

ur Mandarin Orange base infused with kumquat spun Gray Whale Vodka and topped with our homemade kumquat sorbet cold foam.

Our Mango Soursop base infused with coconut water and Soju, Gray Whale Gin blend with homemade lemongrass essence. Topped with banana coconut & ube spun aged white rum.

Cello’s Mule

Our ginger beer, infused with lime acid-adjusted, fresh ginger base, and a touch of our lemon, lime, and grapefruit essence. Offered at 1.5% ABV, or blended with your choice liquor.

Cello’s Paloma

Our sparkling Paloma, infused with fresh grapefruit and Cantera Negra Tequila, with a hint of salinity.
